Pour la 4ème année consécutive, du samedi 8 Juin après-midi au mercredi 12 Juin 2019 fin de matinée (week end de la Pentecôte rallongé de 2 jours) Isabel vous propose une occasion de vivre 4 jours dans un environnement naturel exceptionnel.
Un stage court et abordable pour vous déconnecter, vous ressourcer et approfondir votre pratique du yoga. En plus de la pratique quotidienne du Yoga, ce stage est fait pour découvrir la beauté et les richesses d’ALQUEZAR et du Parc Naturel de la Sierra de Guara en Espagne. Cette région est notamment connue pour sa beauté, la pratique de l’escalade et du Canyonning.
Depuis déjà quelques années les participants qui ont pu profiter de ce stage et de la beauté exceptionnelle du site, sont revenus totalement dépaysés, rayonnants et en pleine forme !
Programme d’un séjour en toute liberté dans un parc naturel
→ 3 à 5 heures de Yoga par jour
Répartis le matin et en fin d’après midi : Méditation, Salutations au soleil, Asanas, Kryias, Pranayama, chant des mantra… Nous aborderons divers aspects différents du Yoga dans la joie et la bonne humeur selon l’humeur du jours et la forme des participants. Ce qui n’empêche pas Isabel de vous emmener loin, à la rencontre de vous mêmes… à l’occasion de certains exercices.
Les stages permettent d’entrer dans une pratique plus approfondie du yoga en prenant notre temps. Il vous permettent de progresser et de découvrir des exercices et techniques que nous n’avons pas le temps ou l’occasion de faire en cours collectifs. Cela peut être aussi l’occasion de découvrir un nouveau professeur, une autre manière d’aborder le Yoga et d’enrichir votre manière de comprendre ce que peut être le Yoga.
Ce stage est accessible à tous les niveaux.
→ Randonnée ensemble ou temps libre
Selon vos envies et votre forme pendant la journée, nous réaliserons des randonnées ensemble. Elles auront pour objectif de vous permettre d’aller découvrir les sentiers balisés dans la Sierra, marcher le long du Rio Vero, et s’y baigner! ou tenter l’aventure de la descente d’un Canyon avec Javier si vous le désirez ( hors forfait stage)…
→ Logement à l’Escuela Refugio d’Alquezar
En plein cœur du village, Lucas nous accueille simplement et met à notre disposition sa jolie auberge (Escuela Refugio Alquezar) pour nous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible : chambre par 2 ou 3 lits superposés, salle de bain privative, linge fourni. Salle de yoga sur le lieu d’hébergement et mur d’escalade disponible.

- Notre salle de pratique de Yoga se situe au même étage que nos chambres. Idéal le matin pour s’installer pour la méditation.
