Dimanche 9 décembre ,Isabel DAVERAT-PETTINEO vous propose une journée particulière pour entrer dans une pratique approfondie et originale du yoga dans la tradition du grand maître de Madras et découvrir une approche et des séries uniques.

Cette journée s’adresse à tous, mais une expérience minimale du yoga est recommandée.

Formation spécifiquement adressée aux pratiquants réguliers, jeunes professeurs ou autres, quelles que soient leur école de yoga, qui souhaitent approfondir les aspects  souvent moins développés dans les enseignements actuels couramment proposés.

Une manière d’aller à la rencontre de soi-même à travers des exercices originaux, lents, répétitifs qui associent, concentration, silence, vide du mental, synchronisation et rétentions du souffle…

Une pratique engagée énergisante, qui renforce l’organisme et le système nerveux pour accéder à la force et la stabilité.

Programme:

9h-12h30:

  • Après un temps de Méditation, nous pratiquerons  les Kryias de nettoyage , puis la Salutation au Soleil en rétention de souffle de Saccidananda. 
  • Mantras
  • Ensuite, nous découvrirons la logique et l’originalité de certaines séries spécifiques de ce Maître qui travaillent sur la lenteur et la répétition de mouvements simples associées au souffle.

12h30: Pause, thé et légère collation ensemble ( chacun apporte qq chose de léger et énergétique à manger) 

13h30-15h30: Reprise: Makara Kriyas/ Pranayama et Yoga Nidra
